This Site is operated by Active Kids & Minds, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Massachusetts, United States.

Active Kids & Minds provides educational curriculum, training materials, and physical activity resources designed to support youth wellness and prevention initiatives.

4. Trainer Hub Access
Access to the Active Kids & Minds Trainer Hub is provided to enrolled users and hosted through third-party technology partners.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is suspected.
5. No Medical Advice
The Content and curriculum provided by Active Kids & Minds are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice.
Participation in physical activity programs should be undertaken in consultation with appropriate school officials and healthcare professionals when necessary.
6. Safety Responsibility
Schools, organizations, and program leaders are responsible for implementing appropriate safety standards, supervision ratios, and emergency procedures.
Active Kids & Minds is not responsible for injuries or incidents arising from the implementation of physical activity programming.
7. Payments
Certain premium resources or subscriptions may require payment.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Active Kids & Minds does not store credit card information.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Site
- Distribute harmful software or disrupt Site functionality
- Use automated tools to harvest data
We reserve the right to restrict access if these Terms are violated.
9. User Submissions
If you submit testimonials, comments, photographs, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant Active Kids & Minds a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and distribute such content for educational and promotional purposes.
