Ages 5-10
The games included in this document are meant to get kids moving at a moderate to vigorous level. Information is organized in easy to use index card format. All activities can be done at a distance and most are done with little to no equipment.

Early Childhood

The early childhood curriculum will get children ages 2-5 moving throughout their day as well as provide information about healthy eating. Kids can get active with lessons and bursts that have been designed specifically to meet the needs of young children’s readiness to learn and practice new movements as they develop and grow. BOKS provides kids with many opportunities each day to practice movements while keeping their safety in mind.

Mindfulness & Movement Flows (yoga)

Ages 6-18
Active Kids + Minds Mindfulness and Movement Flows to help kids stay healthy, both mentally and physically, at home or in a school setting.
