Ages 5-18
A complete list of 27 easy physical activity games, classified into different themes, to do with kids at home or at school. These are simple ways for kids to integrate movement and exercise into any day. Most of these can be done in a small space such as a living room or bedroom, and will also work at school in classrooms or hallways.
Recess Cards
Ages 5-10
The games included in this document are meant to get kids moving at a moderate to vigorous level. Information is organized in easy to use index card format. All activities can be done at a distance and most are done with little to no equipment.
Early Childhood
The early childhood curriculum will get children ages 2-5 moving throughout their day as well as provide information about healthy eating. Kids can get active with lessons and bursts that have been designed specifically to meet the needs of young children’s readiness to learn and practice new movements as they develop and grow.
